Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
Having worked with Survivors UK over the last year, I am struck by the major practical and emotional challenges which can prevent male survivors from accessing support, sometimes for many years. I want to help raise awareness that there are safe, confidential spaces (including with Survivors UK) where men can talk about their experiences of sexual violation without fear of judgment or being disbelieved.
As for my running pedigree, I have managed one 10k run a few years back and am currently building up my training so that I can hopefully cover the distance again in a respectable time (i.e. under a day...). They say that you should enjoy the journey as well as the destination, so I will
