Thanks for taking the time to visit my latest JustGiving page, dedicated to raising money for the Harbour Cancer Support Centre. 

This is a huge personal challenge for me. Having climbed Kilimanjaro, trekked to Everest Base Camp, climbed three 6000m plus mountains in Nepal, run from London to Brighton together with a number of other ultra marathons, marathons and other runs, this is massive.

Aconcagua, Argentina,  is the highest peak in the world outside of the Himalaya, and one of the seven summits, at 6962m high. That's 38 m short of 7000m!!!!! I have been training hard for months as this will be a test of my physical and mental capabilities. 25 days away from home to top the highest mountain in southern hemisphere.

Having been through bone cancer 8 years ago and living with the permanent limitations that has left me with, I know that the work of charities is  key in the recovery and support of those it strikes. 

Located in the heart of the community in South Hampshire, the Harbour Cancer Support Centre provides cancer patients, their families, carers and friends with free emotional and practical support. Having seen first hand the huge benefits this charity provides, any finaicial help is crucial. They can only continue this service through donations as they are 100% funded through fundraising.

No-one wants to see their loved ones suffering, Harbour Cancer Support Centre can help with the emotional burdens that cancer brings to everyone.
