Look, the fact is (as with all these stories) I want your money!!!!

 The story is my Dad died last year (ampullary Ca),  but he was a doctor  - and alway encouraged my brothers and me to support charities - the main one (for him) being the Royal Medical Benovolent Fund (RMBF) - amongst others.
I know it's not a sexy charity, but many of my friends are doctors and it does help those who are in serious trouble.
 I certainly hope none of them need this (and if any did, I hope we could all help you out) but this is the place to call if you or your loved ones did need help.
Doctors are usually thought of as well off and in the main (give or take) that's true.
Unfortunately life isn't fair - illness, addiction and sudden death can affect the best of people quite unexpectedly  and the effects on families and loved ones can be considerable.
The RMBF are there to help and can offer support in the most difficult of circumstances!
