The fundraiser, that started in 2017 as an ‘Own Charity Run Event’ and supported by many friends and work colleagues is back! This year I’m aiming to get MORE people to ‘Ride & Stride’ with me in 2019 in association with Morris and Company in their 150th Anniversary Year!

The aim is once again to run 5 x 5K runs on 5 consecutive days (Hence 5 a Day) totalling 25K, only this time for a really truly special cause - Alzheimer’s via the Alzheimer’s Society.

As the UK’s leading dementia support and research charity, Alzheimer’s Society provide awareness and fund crucial research into cause, care, cure and prevention of dementia. We recognise the ongoing need for this support through the care provided in our sister company, Morris Care’s, Nursing Homes.

The 5 days of 5K's starts on Monday 22nd July and finishes on 26th July and I invite anybody to join me any day to ‘Ride & Stride’ and raise money and the awareness of Alzheimer’s.
