Alder Hey Children’s Charity raises funds towards the pioneering work at Alder Hey. Your support ensures the 450,000 children we see each year will have access to the best facilities and equipment, and that the benefits of our innovating work are felt by families throughout the world #JoinUsJoinIn

Story

As you may be aware my daughter Imogen is currently recovering from major hip reconstruction performed at Alder Hey. In addition, one of our closest friends Jamie has a brain tumour, he is an inspiration and fights daily. My friend Luke and I wanted to raise money for Alder Hey and The Brain Tumour Charity to show how much both organisations mean to us!

With this in mind, Luke and I are stepping out of our comfort zones and will be boxing unknown opponents on a large show on Saturday July 2nd at the BLACK-E venue in Liverpool city centre.

Tickets for the show are £30. A percentage of the money from the tickets will go to our chosen charities and also the show’s preferred charity of The British Lung Foundation

If you would like a ticket for the event please contact Luke or I as we have physical tickets. We would love your support at the show but if you didn’t want to attend we would be extremely grateful if you could donate on our just giving page.

Unfortunately Just Giving only allows one charity on each page so we will give The Brain Tumour charity all of the cash from ticket sales and any cash donations so that there is an even split between the charities. Many thanks for your support! Wish us luck!
