Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.

The idea is simple but in reality, the challenge for all 8 members in our group is anything but. A 21 day endurance cycle from Plymouth to Rome will test both our physical and mental capabilities.

Mental health is the biggest killer of men in the UK under the age of 45 and is a topic which is typically swept under the carpet all to easily.

Our aim is to break down the social barrier preventing blokes in the UK from addressing their inner demons and TALKING!

CALM - Campaign Against Living Miserably - do fantastic work to help men around our age deal with the smallest to the largest issues which can often push the hard male exterior to the edge.

So, friends, family, girlfriends, businesses, colleagues, those we pretend to like (and those we don't), please be generous and dig deep to help the 12.5% of men in the UK suffering from one of the common mental health disorders. We promise to keep you updated with heinous videos of injuries and struggles along the way on our  Instagram,  Twitter,  Facebook and  Youtube accounts, and of course on our website
