During the festive season, we understand that many people want to offer a small amount of cash to homeless men or women in their area. Unfortunately, a cash gift to a vulnerable individual will rarely help them to find food or shelter, but contribute to a much wider drug or alcohol-related problem.

Here at Simon on the Streets, we offer emotional and practical support to Yorkshire’s homeless and rootless community. We spend over 900 hours every year engaging with those in need and this festive season we’ll spend hundreds more helping homeless people in your local area.
