Let's do all we can and raise as much money as possible in the fight against this hideous disease and for Cancer Research UK.  Without their life-saving research into the diagnosing, treatment and prevention of cancer, I probably wouldn't be here today saying 18 months clear!

I would be running the course but have only just undergone risk reducing surgery (end of May) so I will be walking it as fast as I can!
