You may know that our friend and colleague Judi Laird has recently been diagnosed with Cancer of the Pancreas and at the moment Judi is undergoing chemotherapy.

In support of Judi, a group of her colleagues at Standard Life Investments are taking part in the Race for Life in the hope that we can raise money to fund research into this horrible disease, particularly to improve early detection, diagnosis and treatment and, ultimately, qualify and length of life for patients. Our target is £10,000 so your donation will be greatly appreciated.

Our training for this endurance 5K event has already started and mainly consists of using the lift to reach the canteen for coffee and doughnuts followed by a day sat at the desk exercising our fingers on the keyboard, so we need lots of sponsorship to help us complete the race.
