I am running the Race for Life in memory of my Auntie Kathleen who sadly died last year from bowel cancer. My Uncle Keith and my Grandad have also had bowel cancer and been successfully treated.

Since October 2007 I have been feeling knackered following post viral fatigue. Over the past year I have been trying to build my fitness and stamina back up. I started running last September managing a 30 second slow jog on the treadmill. I’m now doing 22 mins. 5 km is going to be a big challenge for me. My aim is to run without stopping.
