I am cycling LEJOG (Lands End to John O’ Groats)  to raise awareness and to raise money for MIND because mental illness is affecting more and more people. With an estimated 1?in 4 people suffering (many in isolation) it is important that we are aware that it is possible that you know someone who is suffering.
