We are taking part in the 3 Peaks Challenge with others from the centre. For those of you that don't know what that is, we will be climbing the 3 highest mountains in the UK - Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike & Mount Snowden - in 24 hours. This is quite an endurance test, especially for those of us that aren't exactly fitness fanatics!
