7th's Thames Path Trek · 8 June 2019 to 9 June 2019 ·

We are part of the UK's biggest mixed youth organisation. We change lives by offering 6- to 25-year-olds fun and challenging activities, unique experiences, everyday adventure and the chance to help others so that we make a positive impact in communities.

Story

A small group of crazy adults will be walking 100km (62.5 miles) along the Thames Path. We will be setting off from a small town called Aston (near Henley-on-Thames) at 14:00 on Friday 7th June. From there we will be walking non-stop all the way to Westminster Bridge. The walk will take us about 24-26 hours to complete and finish at about 16:00 on Saturday 8th June. The Beavers, Cubs and Scouts will be joining us at Wandsworth Park and walking the last 12km to Westminster Bridge.

I'm not going to lie - it's going to be a tough challenge (the 50km practise walk was painful!). Please donate if you can. Thank you!
