Update  5.9.16

Well, there's only 6 days to go. Chere and I did a 15km run Sunday 28.8 and 10kms yesterday morning and are on track with our training so are now looking forward to the big day. If you haven't contributed already, please do so as the NSPCC is a great cause and does so much for vulnerable children, who are always at risk especially these days with the world seeming to be a far harsher place than I remember from my childhood.
