Since I was 10 yrs old my mum was the manager of the Devizes Opportunity group. 

I grew up alongside this wonderful place and the amazing staff that work there.

The centre is a place that helps children 0-5yr olds with learning disabilities learn to develop and support them in every day challenges they also give amazing support to the families as well.  The work the team do here is absolutely overwhelming.  Every year my mum and her team would have to find several thousands of £££ to keep the group open as their money from government would get cut.   As a young girl I loved helping out with the summer fates and other fund raisers they did.

So 6 yrs ago I decided to start fund raising for them myself and so far I have raised around 5k for them which I’m so happy about.  When my mum retired and handed the lead over to Debbie the new manager I said I would carry on trying to raise money for them.

So this year will be my third event and Iv gone bigger than Iv ever done before,  I have managed to get sponsors this time around and I have got sit down meal live music disco and magician I’m hoping the night will be a success.

I want to be able to hand over a lovely big juicy cheque to the team at the group and this is where u guys come in.. those of u that can’t make the event I was hoping u could all dig deep and donate instead even if it’s £1 every penny will help me succeed. Also ask ur friends if they can help by donating.
