I am taking part in Iornman Wales this year which involves swimming 2.4 miles, cycling 112 miles and a full marathon to finish of 26.3 miles all within a cut off of 17 hrs. 

I am hoping to raise some money for RABI in doing this event. The charity dose some great work within the Agricultural community helping families that are in dire need of their help.
