Well this is it. Saturday 29th August. After the odd run at the weekend it is finally time to attempt to jog this 100km 62 miles from Hackney to Cambridge. Mad !!

It is 10 years since Ele left us and thought that despite obstacles I am doing this come what may in memory of her and a celebration of her life. 

I am raising money for Cancer Research as we need to carry on the incredible work that they do in advancing treatments leading to cures.

I would love it if you could consider to find just a few pounds to help towards my goal and help research into this hideous disease. We all know someone who has been affected .....
