4 Fordway staff are taking extreme cycling challenges.  Richard is riding L'Etape du Tour, where he is pretending to be a (fat, old and unfit) Tour de France rider.  L'Etape is over the final mountain stage of this year's Tour de France between Megeve and Morzine, it's only 100 miles but there's over 10,000 vertical feet of climbing.

Rob Howe and Conrad Juleff are supporting Eikon by doing the 100 mile Ride London event on 30th July. Russell Fox is undertaking Mont Ventoux, one of the iconic and most difficult Tour de France climbs.
