The Lt Dougie Dalzell MC Memorial Trust seeks to assist persons who are currently serving or have served in the Armed Forces, and their dependants, and thereby improve the quality of life of soldiers who have given so much for their country.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Myself and 14 other paratroopers are going to Cycle from Big Ben in London to the Eifel Tower in Paris in just 24 hours. Its a distance of nearly 280 miles so going to be a cheeky little challange.

I am raising money for Lt Dougie Dalzell MC Memorial Trust because this charity was set up in the memory of the best Platoon Commander I have ever had the pleasure of working under. The charity has helped several of my friends who were seriously wounded on the same tour that claimed Dougies life.

The charity helps soldiers from all regiments wounded in all theatres not just Afghansitan and also the families of those soldiers who were killed in action.

I've seen first hand the good this charity does for people who deserve and need help and unlike the large military charities, 100% of the money raised go's to good causes!!

So please give generously and I'll keep this page updated with painful photos of the challange.
