Tom has been raising money for Kate's Home Nursing and other charities for 4 years. This year, he is being joined by his little brother Luke, and they, with some supporting family and friends, will be taking on the Malvern hills. Most will be walking it once, Tom, his Dad and his Uncle John will be walking the hills twice.

In 2013, Tom and Luke's family lost their much loved Granny, her last days were made easier by the wonderful people at Kate's Home Nursing. The boys want to raise as much money for Kate's Home Nursing as they can, so many more families can be helped in the same way that they were.
