Story
Welcome to our first ever Strictly Nightingales dancing event which will be held at Lion Quays, Oswestry on Friday December 6th 2019.
Ten plucky amateurs (five ladies, five gents) from local businesses and organisations are taking on the Strictly challenge to learn to dance with a professional partner over the coming months, culminating in the BIG NIGHT of sparkle and sequins when they will perform in front of a packed house of 300 guests. Who will scoop the coveted Glitterball Trophy?.
Our dancers are stretching themselves way out of their comfort zone and will be asking for sponsorship to raise funds for patient care at our Nightingale House along their journey.
Your support will mean the world to them and to our hospice. Thank you.

Nightingale House offers a wide range of facilities to local people and their families living with life-limiting illness. Patients come from Wrexham, Flintshire, Denbighshire and outlying areas. In 2024 it will cost £4,900,513 million to run the Hospice - this equates to nearly £13,389 per day.
