We want to save lives in the Rothwell Haigh community by providing a Community Public Access Defibrillator

Story

I am a member of Rothwell Baptist Church, which is only a few hundred yards from where I live.  At RBC we want to save lives in our local community by providing a public access defibrillator.  It is our belief that defibrillators should be as common as fire extinguishers, cared for and be readily available.

To do this The Church must raise £2,000 so please support me in this challenge.  The rules are that I must run at least 10K (6.2 miles), each day.  This can be broken up but the total mileage must be 10K.   I feel strong but I have never done this before so I don't know how my body will cope.  It will be an "interesting" experience and I plan to write about it in my "MarathonMann" blog each day.
