We provide housing for ex-Service personnel to help Veterans rebuild their lives

Story

Ride to the Gate 2023 is a joint fundraising event for Hidden Warriors CIC and Haig Housing Trust.

Hidden Warriors CIC provide supportive assistance to the families of Armed Forces Veterans, in particular the spouses and children. Formed in 2019 we have so far helped to support over 400 families.

Haig Housing is proud to have served the British Veteran community for over 100 years. As the leading housing provider for ex-Service personnel in the UK, the charity now owns over 1,500 properties across 50 locations. The Trust endeavours to help any Veteran in housing need, whether they are transitioning into civilian life or are simply in need of a helping hand.

Ride to the Gate 2023 is a 300+ mile cycle in 3 days. Departing the National Memorial Arboretum on Monday 17th April and arriving at the Menin Gate Belgium on Wednesday 19th April. Participants of the cycle are Armed Forces Veterans and Serving Royal Navy. The purpose of this event is to fundraise and raise awareness of our Veterans Community. The carmaderie it provides to the participants also contributes to positive mental wellbeing.

Please support us on our journey. All donations received will be allocated between Hidden Warriors CIC and Haig Housing Trust to continue the good work they provide within the Veterans Community.

Thank you.
