I'm running 5k this October as part of the training for the half marathon I'm expecting to do in May for Jermain Defoe Foundation. So might as will raise bit of money toward the charity!

About the charity

The Jermain Defoe Foundation was founded in 2013 by England striker Jermain Defoe to support homeless, vulnerable and abused young people in his family’s home country of St Lucia. The charity has expanded its cause to support children in need in all Caribbean Islands and the UK.
