Hello All,

On the 18th of November I am running the North West Tough Mudder run in Cheshire. The tough Mudder event is a hardcore 10-12 mile obstacle course designed by Special Forces.

I’m running in Aid of the Ben Walton Trust. Ben was only 22 when he died of mouth cancer during his final year studying at Aberdeen University. This year, 6,000 people will be diagnosed with Mouth Cancer, and if undetected half of them could die.

By giving today, you will be helping to raise awareness among the general public and health professionals, funding research and helping those who are on palliative care.
