I’ve always wanted to shave all my hair off and start again but I’ve never been brave enough. It’s not really about being brave enough anymore, it’s just my hair and it’ll grow back. I’ll tell you what’s really brave, the children who are suffering with cancer or alopecia who don’t have the control over this situation like I do. Thinking about the children that I will potentially be helping makes this kinda scary life choice seem like the easiest decision in the world.

I’ve loved my hair for as long as I can remember. It’s always been my comfort blanket and something that defines me. And now, I just can’t wait for my hair to be able to make someone else feel confident and beautiful.
