In 2016  I began working with the Let's Play Project again after a hiatus of a few years and also.. I  caught the running bug. I went from my first 10km race in January to eventually running eight 10km events throughout the year and running my first half marathon in October. I also spent my May half term, much of my summer and part of my Christmas working as a Play Worker for Let's Play...  It seems only right that in 2017 these two things should collide and it's time to use my new found hobby/addiction to raise some money for this incredible project that I am so privileged to be a part of.

I first worked for Let's Play around 10 years ago and to see how much the project has grown is amazing. Let's Play worked with 97 families in 2016 and I want to do my part to help the project continue to grow and grow.

Let's Play provide play and leisure opportunities for disabled young people and I cannot begin to describe what a joy it is to be a part of. Without Let's Play many of our young people wouldn't have any opportunity for play, for sports, for socialising. Let's Play believe in equal opportunity for all, they provide after-school activities 5 days a week, and holiday activities every term and they provide a service that is invaluable for so many families. Your donation will ensure that the young disabled people of Banbury have the opportunity to access as much fun as any child can possibly wish for in a way that meets theirs and their families needs.
