I will be joining Sky Sports presenter and Prostate Cancer UK ambassador, Jeff Stelling, as he completes his trilogy of marathon marches for Prostate Cancer UK. Together we will be raising money to help beat a disease killing 1 man every 45 minutes in the UK.We would appreciate your support and a donation in a bid to fund the research to change the game and stop prostate cancer being a killer.

I'm doing this walk because of the following reasons:

- I have massive respect and admiration for Jeff Stelling who is a brilliant football presenter and so the opportunity to walk with him was too good to turn down!

- I'm a Millwall fan and so when I saw that the route would go past our ground (The Den) I thought that I have to do this!

- Doing this walk will raise important funds to the charity Prostate Cancer and so anything I can do to help  beat this disease fills me with huge pride
