Story

This past year I have been through a lot of changes and suffered losses I had never imagined. In particular I suffered two miscarriages, each of which were a tragedy for my partner and I.

Instead of continuing to mourn the loss without any Hope I have decided to put my energies into supporting charities - one of which is a cause close to my heart - CARE international.

I am fundraising, for the second year, on behalf of CARE International whose work around the globe supports vulnerable people living in poverty, affected by war or natural disaster. CARE provides emergency food and shelter, and helps communities create sustainable solutions to poverty. Women and girls are most affected by poverty, so CARE puts them at the heart of what they do and works to tackle issues of inequality and support them to reach their full potential. Your sponsorship will help CARE reach more people and achieve a world of hope, tolerance and social justice.
