We bring disability sports to Bradford to achieve equality through sport

Story

Guten tag!

So, on Monday 12 June until Sunday 18 June, I'll be joining Adam Tasker, Tim Curtis and a number of other cyclists on a cycling trip from Bradford to Hamm, in Germany, and of the 28 people going, 10 have a wide range of disabilities, including a few people with autism (including me) and at least one person with cerebral palsy.

This will be the first time ever that I'll have undertaken a cycle trip outside of the UK, but it's sure to be exciting.

Donations go towards Bradford Disability Sport & Leisure (BDSL), a charity providing opportunities for people with disabilities to take part in high quality sport and physical activity. Their work has already transformed the lives of over 400 disabled people for the better, through clubs and activities, which happen daily across the city and the wider district.

So, donate what money you can!

See you later!

Ryan.
