Welcome!! :-)
2016 is the year I become the ultimate me and complete a series of fitness events throughout the year. Some are more extreme than others to prove that anything can be achieved if you work hard enough.
I have lost over Two Stone in two years and I want to continue to prove to myself and others that I can continue all of this despite my struggles with Depression and my Hearing Impairment.
Help me to strive forwards by supporting me and my charity, 'Animal Rescue & Care' who I have volunteered with for over 7 years now. A small independent charity which is run solely by volunteers who work so very hard to change animals lives for the better...some rescued from very poor living conditons. Animals have always been my passion and deserve the love and care they have given me on my darkest days.

Sunday 15th May: Staines 10K Run (Completed)
Saturday 4th June: Pretty Muddy Obstacle 5k Windsor (Completed)
Saturday 23rd July: Men's Health Extreme Obstacle and
10k run (Completed)
