We are taking part in Cynthia Spencer's Cycle 4 Cynthia raising money for this great local charity, 50 miles is a long way, but all worth it for this great Northampton charity. 

Did you know that the cost of running the hospice is over £2.4 million, a large part of which comes from the generous support of local companies and individuals throughout the county.

Cynthia Spencer Hospice provides skilled and compassionate care to patients and their families with complex issues as a result of life limiting illness.

The 24 hour a day, 365 day a year care provided within the Hospice is free of charge and is part-funded by the NHS and by charitable donations raised by the Cynthia Spencer Hospice Charity.

In 2015 more than 1100 riders took part in Cycle 4 Cynthia and raised almost £74,000 - an increase of almost £10k on the previous year and taking the total to over £420,000 in the twelve years of the event - an incredible figure based on the ride's rather humble beginnings! 

This year all of us are trying to raise as much money as possible to beat last years total. Please dig deep, anything will do and will be really appreciated by all of us.
