I have the privilege to join Team SA-YES in The British London 10k Run on 14th July 2013. Together we try to raise as much money as possible for a wonderful little charity in South Africa, called SA-YES (South African Youth Education for Sustainability).

SA-YES provides much needed support for marginalised young people in South Africa in order for them to live as independent, mature and responsible adults when they leave residential care.
