We will do whatever it takes to help you live life as fully as you can

Story

In 2000 my husband was diagnosed with a medulloblastoma (brain tumour) & further received 6 long weeks of radiotherapy treatment.

We as a family had some excellent friends which helped where their could & that friendship I can never repay .

Also we received help & support by two excellent Macmillan nurses, These nurses did not just support & care for the patient but me & my two daughters who were 3 years (Catherine) & 7 months (Leigh-Ann Beckett) at the time.

On Wednesday 10th May 2017 my husband made his last appointment to James Cook, Neurosciences, this is 17 years of been all clear from cancer.

Please could you support me to help raise funds for these wonderful people to help & support other families in similar circumstances & lets kick arse to this horrible disease.

I am also doing this walk in memory of friends, family who have lost the fight to cancer, cousin Pauline White 2011, Father in law, James Beckett 2012, friend & work colleague Lesley Richardson 2014 & Auntie Rosemary Rose 2016
