My dear beloved family & friends, 

As I have wrote within my invite to you I HAVE IT ALL. 

There is only one true happiness in life, to love and be loved, so I am truly blessed! 

As all of you know, I became a single parent after my divorce. Life became a difficult existence and at times it felt like treading water, waiting for the next challenge to face all by myself. At times I have felt completely overwhelmed. However, care for my beloved son, the love & support of family & friends gave me hope, affirmed me as a parent and helped me to face our future. Gratitude and hard work:-) transformed our lives. 

Alas some single parents do not have this support network around them. Gingerbread is supporting single parents in need so together we can do a good deed.

Gingerbread is the leading charity working with single parent families, supporting, advising and campaigning with single mums and dads to help them meet their family’s needs. 1 in 4 families in the UK are now headed by a single parent, however many single parent families continue to experience poverty, disadvantage and stigma. 

My dear lovely family & friends in supporting Gingerbread, you’ll be helping single parents across the country to receive expert advice, practical support, as well as get their voices heard.
