For those that know me know that I am a keen runner.  London is the first of 3 marathons that I will be completing in 2014.

What a great marathon to start with.  I am doing it for a great cause and I am looking forward to making a difference within the community.

We see RVS work within our county they are at the Withybush hospital and offering 'buddies' within the community.
