Last year I became very ill I woke up feeling normal come 4pm I had started to get a headache the following day I was nauseous dizzy had no energy my body ache did not like bright lights and had a severe headache paracetamol did not touch it on the Monday I went to the pharmacist who gave me nurofen headache this still did not help, I was in alot of pain in my head, on Tuesday I was having problems walking, my pain in my head was really intense, I could not have any lights on and just laid in bed my head felt light it was going to explode I had pain in my neck behind my eyes I could not lift my head off the pillow, I was rushed into hospital where I had a CT-scan and numerous different blood collected, a lumbar puncture was also performed which confirmed the doctors diagnosis of Viral Meningitis, I spent a week in hospital and another 2 weeks on bed rest, even then I was not fully better I could not go far, still suffered reoccurring headaches and got tired easily.
