As part of Elf Day 2018, we at the Wales National Pool in Swansea are competing to raise the most money for Alzheimer's Society. The loser has to dress head to toe as an Elf so I want to raise as much money as possible so please donate what you can to a great charity to help those who are affected by Dementia. (and so I don't have to dress as an Elf!)

I'm also doing this in memory of my Nana, Doris Lloyd who would most definitely love to see me raise plenty of money but also be the loser and dress an as Elf - that would give her a really giggle if she was still with us.
