Myself and 8 of my colleagues are due to jump out of a plane on Friday 6 March, thankfully this will be tandem!!

Quite a few of my family members have suffered with Mental Health issues over the years and until you have lived with someone or taking care of someone that is suffering with depression or any mental health issues, is very hard to understand what they are going through and we are all quick to say 'I know what you are going through' but unless you have suffered yourself in some way, no one truly understands. .  We all cope with things in different ways and some of us stronger than others, but those who are suffering with depression, stress or any form of mental health, really need help and if by jumping out of a plane is a way Quantuma get to raise lots of money for Mind, then its a small sacrifice to make and amazing.  

Please dig deep and support this worthy cause.  I am sure you all know someone that has suffered in someway.
