Hello, Im walking to the garden gate to raise funds for Invest in M.E. A good friend of mine is walking with me and we're certainly going to have fun even though its only a 30 step trek. For me, 30 steps will be a huge and impressive achievement. Im just trying to work out whether a tiara works with pyjamas or if I need to think harder about my outfit. As you can see im focused on whats important.

What really is important, is that Invest in M.E is trying to change the lives of hundreds of thousands of M.E sufferers. Ive been housebound for 12 years and mainly bedbound for that time as well. Id very much like my health back, so I can go adventuring....and if you met my friends with m.e, youd see why the world needs them and how crucial it is that progress is made!

I will be walking in memory of Theda Myint, my dear friend and sister in life. She died in July and she was loved by so many! Everything about her was beautiful and brave. Her own battle with first M.E and then a lyme diagnosis, was heartbreaking and inspiring. Her courage was indescribably wonderful.
