As many of you will probably know by now, I am doing a skydive in support of Stonewall UK to help raise money for their fight against prejudice and phobic attitudes towards people of different sexualities and preferences. As a student at the University of Chichester, I recently witnessed and signed the government Sports Charter for our university, to try and rid homophobia both on and off the playing field.

A skydive is something I have always wanted to take part in and to do it for this cause is very important as I believe everyone should have the freedom to be themselves in every aspect of their lives and not be punished for it. Safe to say I am terrified though!
