Fundraising for Wishes 4 Kids
Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
In 2016 I ran my first ever London marathon. It hadn't been easy training up to the marathon due to an foot injury, I had been out for 6 months from training. I only had 4 months from scratch to train. It was all worth the hard work and commitment. I finished in the time 4hrs 48 mins 59 sec. A truly amazing experience and proud of myself not only completing 26.2 miles but raising over 1900 pound for wishes4kids.
I did say after the marathon I didn't want to do it next year, however 3 days later I had the bug to do it all again in 2017. I thank Russell from wishes4kids for giving me one of their charity places to compete again for their charity. My aim for this year to train hard but injury free and to raise even for this charity, to give these ill - terminal ill children to grant their wishes.
