As some of you may have already heard, in addition to bouncing around a classroom of 60 children I have begun frantically training for the Blenheim TRIATHLON. Though I am a swimmer at heart, taking the plunge in a dark dank lake is really not something I am looking forward to...  Last year I took part in the Bristol 10k - my first 'epic' running experience and am now going to be running HALF that AFTER swimming 750m (36 lengths!) and cycling 20k!

The 4th of June is unfortunately now looming closer and closer so PURRRRLEASE show your support and give me that extra umph of enthusiasm to get me working!

I am raising money for Thames Valley Adventure Playground - a charity that brings lots of fun to the lives of many children and adults with special needs.  In the past they have brought hours of joy to my family and I know they still do to many others.

Please also do not hesistate to come and spend the day in the picturesque grounds of Blenheim Palace on the 4th of June!  ALL support will be GREATLY appreciated and may be literally required. Bristol Medics?
