Edd and I are taking on the Three Peaks challenge on the 15th July with a group of 12 family and friends (Ben Nevis, Scotland 1345m; Scafell Pike, England 978m; Snowdon, Wales 1085m)

Then the 100 mile closed road race Velo Birmingham on the 24th September with Edds cousin

We chose St Richards after hearing the incredible work they have done for family friends with bereavement counselling
