Story
I was already planning on running the Loch Ness Marathon, which will be my first marathon, but thought it would be worthwhile running it for charity.
I wanted to run for a smaller, local charity and befrienders Highland felt like the right choice. They work to improve the lives of people who are lonely and isolated and have experience of mental health, memory difficulties or dementia.
We all know the highlands covers such a large area with many rural parts so I think that what this charity does is excellent and worthy of supporting.
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
