We support research & wellbeing projects to help those with childhood brain tumours

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

In December 2014 my daughter's classmate Grace Duggan, who was only 8 years old, tragically succumbed to a brain tumour, after a courageous 18 month battle. Grace was an angel whose smile would light up any room. We raised funds in 2015 but the fight to fund research and improve treatment goes on.

In 2016, through my company ANPRO, and independently, I am organising and/or participating in a range of events to raise money (charity auctions, golf days etcetera) for BST. In addition I am organising on this page a Birdie Challenge, where I would ask you to sponsor a young, local professional golfer - Nick Scrutton -who is aiming to make as many birdies as possible this season for BST. For every birdie Nick makes, up to a maximum of 50 - we would like people to donate £1.00 to BST. ANPRO, who sponsor Nick, will donate £5.00 per birdie and will be raising other funds in 2016 to complement your donations. Please join me in supporting this important cause.
