We all have dreams and things that we wish for. Don’t deny it. Whether you are 3 or 93, we all have things that we strive to achieve; and dreams that we hope will someday become reality. The majority of us have our whole lives to achieve what we want to, and to fulfil our wishes – whether they are to star in an advert, or meet your favourite actor... WE ALL HAVE THEM.

However, there are people in the world, who want something so badly and would do anything to have their wish granted, but it’s not as easy as that.
For some people, time is limited. They know that they don’t have as long as the rest of us to pursue their dreams. Maybe a few months, weeks or even days left for their wishes to come true...

These CHILDREN are suffering every day. They are constantly in pain, and almost always afraid. Each day is a struggle for these children. They know that the end is near, and they want to make the most out of each day, and live life to the fullest. 

Imagine being in their shoes.
Close your eyes and imagine being stuck in a hospital room, each and every day, staring at those same four walls. Imagine being in unbearable pain every day of your life. Imagine knowing that you don’t have much longer left, and the time is ticking. Imagine knowing that the things you want to do...your hopes and dreams...are almost impossible.

Not nice, ey?

The Make a Wish Foundation is a charity which gives children with terminal or life-threatening illnesses a chance for their dreams to come true. The charity grants these children a wish and then does their best to try and fulfill them. Wishes range from meeting Justin Bieber, to travelling the world, to becoming a cowboy or even the president of the United States... and the list goes on!
