We fund research and provide support to improve blood cancer patients' lives

Story

The Pathology team working at the University Hospital of North Midlands NHS Trust feel compelled to focus on fundraising following the recent tragic death of Noah.

Noah was just four years old when he died suddenly on 24th July 2016.

Noah's father is an extremely well respected Consultant at the hospital and anyone who knows him will inevitably have been affected by his loss.

We are planning to undertake a trek to Snowdon on Sunday 2nd October to raise money for the Charity Noah's parents have chosen namely Bloodwise.

We are hoping that 50 volunteers including members of the Pathology team and their friends and family will walk the PYG route up to Snowdon.

Please give generously your support will be greatly appreciated.

It is also pertinent that September is Childhood Cancer Awareness Month

Childhood Cancer Awareness Month allows us to highlight the impact of cancer on children, young people and their families.
