I am 50 this month and want to challenge myself to do something to say thank you to an amazing group of people who are there for all of us when we need them. I have signed up for the Macmillan Outrun, in the category of 80+ miles (For Extreme Outrunners!!). I only began running in January and have set myself the goal to run over 20 miles each week in May. It will be tough and my family will be my running partners to keep pushing me when the going gets hard.
