I’m hoping to raise some funds for Restart Rugby the charity that looks after pro rugby player welfare during and post career.

As pro players it’s true that we live/have occupied a privileged position. Nothing quite prepares you for the end of your career no matter how much planning goes into it. Following playing careers players can struggle with issues such as depression, chronic joint pain from the significant demands of the game as well as relationship and financial difficulties. I’m riding vélo Birmingham to try and put some funds in the coffers of a charity close to my heart
